Last updated: 11 October 2026
In short: we collect as little as we can. No accounts, no advertising trackers, no selling of data. Payment details are handled by our reseller, not by us.

1. Who is responsible

The controller of personal data processed through Relay is Magdalena Đorđević, Novi Sad, Serbia. Contact: hello@magdalenallure.com.

3. Information inside reports

Reports contain public information about domains and websites. Domain registration records sometimes include a registrant's name or organisation when the registrant has chosen to make it public. Relay shows only what the public source returns at the time of the check and does not combine it with other information about individuals. If you believe a report shows personal data about you that should not appear, contact us.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. We never see or store your card details. Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy applies to the data it processes as part of your purchase.

5. Service providers

Some providers process data outside Serbia and the EU. Where they do, they rely on safeguards recognised by law, such as standard contractual clauses.

When you request a report, Relay contacts public sources (such as RDAP services, DNS resolvers, certificate transparency logs, the Internet Archive, the Tranco ranking list and the website itself, including its public robots.txt, sitemap and ads.txt files) about the domain you entered. It does not send them any information about you.

6. Cookies

Relay does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to hello@magdalenallure.com. We will reply within 30 days.

You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Serbia, the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs), or the authority in your own country.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
