Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Relay is a product of Magdalenallure, operated by Magdalena Đorđević, an individual based in Novi Sad, Serbia ("Relay", "we", "us"). Contact: hello@magdalenallure.com.

By using Relay at relay.magdalenallure.com you agree to these Terms. If you use Relay on behalf of a company, you confirm that you can accept these Terms for it.

2. Orders and payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles payment, billing, invoices, sales tax and VAT. Lemon Squeezy's own terms also apply to your purchase.

Prices are shown in US dollars on our pricing page. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

3. What Relay provides

A Website Profile is an automated report about a public domain. It brings together information from public sources, such as domain registration data (RDAP), DNS records, the website's own public pages, certificate transparency logs and the Internet Archive, together with list prices published by service providers. Each finding shows its source and the time it was checked.

A Website Profile describes what was publicly visible at the time it was generated. It does not verify legal ownership, private accounts, actual operating costs, traffic, revenue or financial performance. Public sources can be incomplete, delayed or wrong, and a source may not respond. When that happens, the report marks the section as missing.

4. Free first report

Each person may generate one free Website Profile. To keep the free report available, we limit free reports per network address and per day, and we may use automated checks to stop abuse. We may refuse or stop free reports that appear automated or abusive.

5. Report packs

• Report packs (Starter and Agency) are one-time payments, not subscriptions.
• After payment you receive an access code. Each new domain uses one report credit.
• Re-running the same domain within 7 days of its first report does not use another credit.
• Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused credits expire after that and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Keep your access code private. Anyone with the code can use its credits.

6. Deep Research

Deep Research is human-led, AI-assisted research into public information about a website. It is not sold through the online checkout. Each project is scoped, quoted and agreed in writing before work starts, and invoiced separately. The written agreement for that project applies together with these Terms. Where they differ, the written agreement applies.

7. Not advice

Relay reports and Deep Research findings are research based on public information. They are not a valuation, an audit, a legal opinion, or legal, financial, tax or investment advice. Any decision you make, including buying, selling, investing in or managing a website, is your own. Please confirm important facts with the owner, the relevant provider or a qualified professional.

8. Acceptable use

You agree to use Relay only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• use Relay to harass, stalk, threaten or target any individual;
• run automated or bulk requests, scrape the service, or try to get around free-report limits;
• try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to Relay or the sites it checks;
• resell access to Relay itself as a service or API.

You may share the reports you generate, including with your own clients.

9. Intellectual property

Relay, its software, design and report format belong to Magdalena Đorđević. The underlying public information belongs to its respective owners and sources. You may use, store and share the reports you generate for your own business purposes.

10. Availability

We aim to keep Relay available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. If we permanently stop offering report packs, we will tell existing buyers at least 30 days in advance so they can use their remaining credits.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, data or opportunity, arising from your use of Relay or from decisions based on its reports. Our total liability for any claim relating to Relay is limited to the amount you paid us for the product concerned in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The version in force when you made a purchase applies to that purchase.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Courts in Novi Sad have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights and courts of your country of residence.
