Refund Policy

All sales are final. Your first Website Profile is free, so you can see exactly what you get before you pay.

1. Report packs

Starter and Agency report packs are digital products delivered immediately as an access code. Payments for report packs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where required by applicable law.

At checkout you ask for immediate delivery of the access code and acknowledge that, once it is delivered, you lose any statutory right to withdraw from the purchase where the law allows this.

2. When a report does not complete

If a report is incomplete because a public source did not respond, you can re-run the same domain within 7 days without using another credit.

If a technical fault on our side prevents a report from being generated at all, contact us and we will restore the credit used.

3. Payment errors

If you were charged twice for the same order, or charged for an order you did not receive, contact us at hello@magdalenallure.com with your order number and we will correct it together with our reseller.

4. Deep Research

Deep Research is agreed and invoiced separately. Payment terms, including any deposit and what happens if a project is cancelled, are set out in the written agreement for each project before work starts.

5. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country. Payments are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, whose buyer terms also apply.
